SALVATION

John 10:28-29 – I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand.

LORD, help our campers choose to receive the blessing of salvation that is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory

SEEKING GOD

Deuteronomy 4:29 – You will seek the LORD your God and you will find him, if you search after him with all your heart and with all your soul.

Fill our campers with your Spirit, guiding them to seek you with all their heart and soul

HEALING

Isaiah 53:5 – But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed.

John 14:16 – I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever.

LORD, you are the healer and comforter. Please heal the emotional and physical wounds that our campers have experienced in their young lives.

KINDNESS

1 Thessalonians 5:15 – See that no one repays anyone evil for evil, but always seek to do good to one another and to everyone.

Help our campers to be kind to each other and to everyone else. Help them build healthy relationships with the staff and other campers

TRANSFORMATION

Romans 12:2 – Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

Do your mighty work of conforming our campers to the image of Christ; renew their minds so that they will not be conformed to this world

GUIDANCE

Proverbs 3:5-6 – Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

Please lead our campers along paths of righteousness

PURITY

Psalm 51:10 – Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.

Create clean hearts in our young people and let that purity of heart show in their actions

GROWTH IN GRACE

2 Peter 3:18 – But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.

May our campers grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ

COURAGE

Deuteronomy 31:6 – Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the LORD your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.

May our campers be strong and courageous in their character and in their actions

PERSEVERANCE

Ephesians 6:10-11 – Be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.

Help our campers to hold on to what they learn at camp and make their faith the center of their lives. Make them strong in the Lord and his mighty power

INFLUENCE

Matthew 5:13-16 – You are the salt of the earth…You are the light of the world…Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.

LORD, may our campers attract many to you as they influence the world with truth and righteousness. Encourage them to go and tell others all that you have done for them
