Camp Wakonda

• Finalize organizational aspects for Camp Wakonda Board (program).
• Build a bench of camp volunteers to enable rotation or more program.

Caring Ministry

• Solidify roles and involvement of the deacons in serving.
• Update deacon fund policy and process.
• Close out medical closet in favor of other community resources.

Children’s Ministry

• Stabilize nursery staffing and oversight.
• Teachers and leaders will begin to incorporate the 4 Rights into all areas of our children’s ministry teaching to assist children in developing
  a biblical worldview.

Church Family

• Have at least quarterly meal events for fellowship.
• Establish a Hospitality Team to plan and carryout fellowship events.

Communications

•  Remap and Refresh website.

Leadership Development

• Continue to develop leaders through camp director and youth ministry internships
• Provide leadership training event for ministry leaders and potential leaders

Outreach

• Global Partnership: Pray and continue to seek God’s direction on a global partnership with another SDB church in cooperation with the Missionary Society.
• The Great Commission: In cooperation with the Pulse Healthy Church process, pray, evaluate and set goals on how to better impress on our church body and ministries, God’s missional heart for all peoples to know Him and how to take an active role in the Great Commission.
• GIFTS Ministry: Update and educate our church and pursue engagement of new participants in volunteering in the GIFTS ministry.
• Pray and assess the future of the Operation Christmas Child ministry in our church.
• Organize a group to fast and pray on a regular basis for our overseas field workers.

Prayer Ministry

• With Outreach Team, facilitate a regular time to encourage the church to fast and pray for the unreached and those bringing them the gospel.
• Communicate the importance of verbally declaring God’s Name (character), sovereignty, holiness, works, and glory in the spiritual battle between good and evil.

Spiritual Growth

• Explore the use of discipleship groups as a means of growing disciples
• Poll the congregation on areas of biblical knowledge they would be interested in as offerings for Sabbath School.

Worship

• Develop plan for sound board repair or replacement.
• Replace wireless system.
• Have twice yearly team building activity and training session
• Seek additional special music, SALT and band members.

Youth Ministry

• Prepare youth ministry intern for next steps.
• Develop leadership group of youth.
